We explore what the role of the leader is and how the leader intervenes to continue to help the individuals on the team when the BUSINESS OF PEOPLE staff is not there. We also work with the team to understand their responsibilities as a leadership team, how to commit to their own development, keep the process on track, and drive the executive committee functioning to the highest level. We are teaching the individual, the leader, and the team and creating an opportunity for learning far beyond the length of time the BUSINESS OF PEOPLE group is working with the executive committee itself.
