process we deal with a multiplicity of issues such as

your level of leadership, being an outside executive,
using influence, managing up, becoming more
sensitive to gender issues or sensitivity in general,
strategic thinking, conflict resolution, support, the
core skills of management, the key skills of supervision,
and higher levels of leadership, etc.
Our coaching process is not "watered down" psychotherapy; it is
business driven. The goal is to help the business person develop
the core skills necessary for them to do "great work". We work closely
with the organization to develop the specific skills and outcomes
the coaching MUST provide. We get constant feedback to make sure
that the coachee is changing. We help individuals learn business
skills they never REALIZED they needed or could utilize in their
current role.
