Norman Shub BCD

has worked around the world. Known as a clear and articulate "master teacher", Norman has the unique ability of helping leaders, executive committees, managers, and organizations actually transform and come to a new level of business skill and capacity. Norman's unique approach to organizational consulting is taught at his post-graduate training program where organizational consultants come to learn this particular approach and is used by his staff in the Business of People(®) organization. Norman has worked with global companies, non-profits, government, political organizations, leaders, and agents of change throughout the world. He is known for his humor and his "cutting to the core of the issue" approach.

Michelle Beckman JD

a consultant and trainer with Business of People(®), is formally a lawyer and corporate council. She is known as a straight shooter who has the ability to facilitate change in individuals, groups and organizations. Michelle is known for her ability to work on a deep level with clients.


Laurel Dawson MSED, LPC, NCC

Laurel Dawson has been a senior manager in state and federal government for twenty-five years. She served in Washington, D.C. as U.S. Senator Mike DeWine’s chief of staff for twelve years managing his executive, personal and committee staffs. Prior she worked with Ohio Governor George Voinovich serving on his administration’s executive team and managing the Department Directors of all Ohio departments. Ms. Dawson earned her MS in Organizational Development from the American University and has served on several community and education boards.


Darrin Townsend BSIE, MBA

an organizational consultant, trainer and team facilitator with Business of People(®), is formerly an engineer and corporate manager. Darrin is a powerful agent for change who uses his corporate/engineering experience in concert with his organizational and personal growth skills to make a difference.

Sonia March Nevis PhD

is co-founder of the Gestalt Study Center and has practiced and taught Gestalt and family therapy concepts worldwide for over thirty-five years. She was a founder of the Gestalt Institute Cleveland where she created the Center for Intimate Systems, devoted to the training of couples and family therapists.
